The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act was intended to foster unprecedented levels of accountability and transparency in government spending. The TWDB encourages subrecipients of ARRA funds to promote their participation through signage on construction sites.

Construction projects funded by ARRA must post a copy of the Davis-Bacon wage determination notice in a worksite place easily accessible to construction workers who are employed.

• The TWDB has developed supplemental guidance to provide assistance related to the Conformance Procedure (SF-1444) used to request additional wage classifications.
