TWDB March Board Meeting

On Thursday March 26, the Texas Water Development Board met to discuss and take action on implementation of Clean Water State Revolving Fund and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund capitalization grants under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. TWDB January Board Meeting

Board legal staff briefed and recommended approval of rulemaking to: (a) amend 31 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 371 regarding the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund; and (b) 31 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 375 regarding Clean Water State Revolving Fund to accommodate anticipated congressional economic recovery appropriations.
