TWDB Inspection and Field Support Services personnel regularly visit construction sites where Clean Water and Drinking Water projects are being built with funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. ARRA funds are distributed through the TWDB’s State Revolving Funds.

Inspectors file detailed reports for the contracts associated with each ARRA funding commitment. The TWDB uses the inspection reports to assist in administrative oversight of the ARRA program and sends a copy to the entity receiving ARRA funding.
