Summary of Regional Water Plans

On January 5, 2001, the 16 Regional Water Planning Groups (RWPGs) formally submitted their adopted regional water plans to the Texas Water Development Board.

TWDB summarizes the information in the 16 regional plans in the document "Water for Texas: Summary of Regional Water Plans" This doucment is presented in three parts

1) a summary of key findings of the regional plans;

2) one page summaries of each of the 16 regions; and

3) an appendix detailing the legislative and funding recommendations made by the RWPGs.
