Petitions Appealing the Reasonableness of a Desired Future Condition
State law allows for the filing of a petition with the TWDB appealing the reasonableness of a desired future condition. A petition can be filed by a person with a legally defined interest in groundwater in the groundwater management area, a groundwater conservation district in or adjacent to the groundwater management area, or a regional water planning group for a region in the groundwater management area.
