Water Conservation Plan Utility Profile

The Utility Profile serves as the first component in developing a Water Conservation Plan. The purpose of the Utility Profile is to assist you with water conservation plan development and to ensure that important information and data about your utility system be considered when preparing your water conservation plan and its target and goals. Completing the Utility Profile is the first step in developing a Water Conservation Plan.

How to prepare a Utility Profile

Step 1: This form should be filled out electronically. You will need to use Adobe Reader Version 9 or newer.  Double check that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You can download the latest version of Adobe Reader for free (Adobe Reader X) here.

Step 2 : Right click then Save Target as. Failure to complete this step may reset your forms as you are entering data into the form fields.

Step 3: Begin completing the form and Periodically Save the form so that you will not lose data you have already entered.

Step 4: When you have finished entering your data, again Save your work and Print a copy for your records.

Step 5: The Utility Profile form should be submitted as part of the Water Conservation Plan. Review the Water Conservation Plan Checklist ( TWDB Form - 1968) and complete the additional components necessary to submit a Water Conservation Plan.
